Deeksharambh 2026: A New Beginning at JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Kochi
JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Kochi, proudly inaugurated Deeksharambh 2026, welcoming a new batch of Jainites as they begin their transformative academic journey.
The programme was inaugurated by Shri V. D. Satheesan, Hon'ble Chief Minister of Kerala, who also inaugurated the Institute for Social Innovation (ISI) and officially launched the Study in Kerala Campaign. The ceremonial lighting of the lamp was led by the Chief Minister, alongside Dr. Tom M. Joseph, Director – New Initiatives; Dr. J. Letha, Pro-Vice Chancellor; Dr. Easwaran Iyer, Chairperson, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Kochi; Amb. (Retd.) Prof. Venu Rajamony, Chairman – Future Kerala Mission; and Dr. Chenraj Roychand, Chancellor, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University).
The event also featured an inspiring alumni interaction that encouraged students to pursue their aspirations with confidence and purpose.
Marking the beginning of the Academic Year 2026, the University also unveiled its annual theme, "Human & AI: The Dawn of Collaborative Intelligence," reflecting its vision for a future in which human potential and artificial intelligence work together to drive innovation and positive change.
Deeksharambh 2026 marks the beginning of a journey where learning, innovation, and purpose come together to shape the leaders of tomorrow.
