Deeksharambh 2026 - A Celebration Of Culture And New Beginnings

As part of Deeksharambh 2026, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Kochi, welcomed its newest Jainites with a vibrant cultural celebration that showcased the rich traditions, artistic excellence, and diverse heritage of Kerala.

The programme featured captivating dance performances, soulful musical renditions, the vibrant spectacle of Theyyam, the timeless storytelling tradition of Chakyar Koothu, and a spectacular musical production by renowned music director Berny of the duo Berny–Ignatius. Each performance added energy and elegance to the occasion, leaving a lasting impression on students, parents, faculty, and distinguished guests.

More than a cultural showcase, the evening celebrated tradition, creativity, and community, setting the perfect tone for the academic journey ahead. Deeksharambh 2026 became not only a welcome ceremony but also a memorable celebration of culture, connection, and new beginnings.
